Embedded systems require technologies that can effectively ascertain the characteristics and functions of the electronic components themselves, such as semiconductors. They also need technologies that can carry out specifications required by the product. In addition, with the worldwide development of the Internet of Things (IoT), embedded systems in fields supporting social life are growing increasingly important.
Supporting sophisticated electronic equipment with many years of knowledge and advanced technologies
We began undertaking operating system developments during the dawning of the computer era and have accumulated a wealth of hardware knowledge to this day. By utilizing this knowledge, together with efficient and highly accurate embedded technologies, we develop embedded systems for electronic products, which are becoming rapidly more sophisticated. Furthermore, we also contribute to creating a comfortable and convenient society by being actively engaged in the development of embedded software related to IoT, in which devices, objects and people are connected to each other.
The characteristics and services of our company
Our strengths lie in developing embedded software for middleware and drivers that are closer to hardware, such as for semiconductors and electronic components. We are also involved in developing solid-state drives (SSD), for which competition is intensifying; IoT construction machines , which are being sold on a global scale; firmware related to self-driving; and medical equipment.
We will adapt flexibly to the changing times and society’s needs as we acquire technologies that look to the future and work to produce more sophisticated products with high added value.
